🚀 Getting Started

Create your SysHub account, sign in, verify your email, and recover your password.

Overview

SysHub is a web-based engineering collaboration platform. To use it you need a free account. You can register with an email address and password, or sign in instantly with your Google account.

The application lives at sys-hub.com. All pages require you to be signed in, except the login, register, email-verification, and password-reset pages.

Creating an Account

Navigate to the Register page (linked from the login screen or directly at /register).

  1. Enter your email address in the Email field.
  2. Choose a password (minimum 6 characters). Use the eye icon to toggle visibility.
  3. Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field.
  4. Click Sign up. SysHub will create your account and automatically send a verification email.
  5. You will be redirected to the Email Verification page.

If you already have an account, click Sign in at the bottom of the register form to go to the login page.

Email Verification

After registering with email and password, SysHub sends a 6-digit verification code to your inbox. You must verify your email before accessing the dashboard.

  1. Open the verification email from SysHub in your inbox.
  2. Copy the 6-digit code from the email.
  3. Paste or type the code into the verification form on the Verify Email page.
  4. Click Verify. On success you will be redirected to the dashboard.

Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder. You can also click Resend verification email on the verification page to get a new code.
ℹ️
Google sign-in accounts do not require email verification — Google already verifies your identity.

Signing In

Go to the Login page (/login) to sign in to your existing account.

  1. Enter your registered email address.
  2. Enter your password. Use the eye icon to show/hide it.
  3. Click Sign in.
  4. You will be redirected to the Dashboard (or to the page you were trying to access).

If you see an error like "Failed to sign in", double-check your email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.

Sign In with Google

Both the Login and Register pages offer a Sign in with Google button. This is the fastest way to get started — no password required.

  1. Click Sign in with Google (or Sign up with Google on the register page).
  2. You will be redirected to Google's authentication page. Choose or confirm your Google account.
  3. After Google confirms your identity, you are returned to SysHub and signed in automatically.

Google accounts are verified automatically — you skip the email verification step entirely.

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reset link from the login page.

  1. On the Login page, click Forgot password? (next to the Password label).
  2. The form switches to the Forgot Password view.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Click Send reset email. SysHub will email you a password-reset link.
  5. Click Back to sign in to return to the login form.

Reset Password

After clicking the reset link in your email, you will land on the Reset Password page (/reset-password).

  1. Enter your new password (minimum 6 characters).
  2. Confirm the new password in the second field.
  3. Click Reset Password.
  4. On success, you will be redirected to the login page. Sign in with your new password.

Password reset links expire after a short time. If the link has expired, go back to the login page and request a new one via Forgot password?.
